Its a natural feeling of insecurity which is a part of human behavior and because of which these thoughts appear in one's mind at this time. Sometimes its not you but there are many candities who used to feel the same in the last weeks from NEET.
The key is to not lose your temperament at this point of time.
At this time just focus on your revisions or maybe solve some mock test papers to re-gain your somewhat lost confidence and prepare yourself mentally that “My preparations are pretty good. I WILL surely do good in the exam.”
Drink lots and lots of water!
