Hello Doctors, This message is for You if you are preparing for NEET PG 2024 exam.

My advice to all of you try to study systematically and in an integrated manner. What I mean to say that don't try to finish subject and one subject and then you will start another subject. Suppose you are making a target like today I will finish within two days I will finish anatomy then next two days for physiology then next two days for biochemistry.

So what will happen after biochemistry when you are going to start pathology or pharmacology then physiology or anatomy will be over from your mind. And this will be giving you huge pressure that you are not able to recall whatever you have read or revised in anatomy and physiology.

So what is my advice to all of you when you are going in an integrated manner?

So what you should do in this process, first you go through the mcqs of the subjects, make a chart of all these. You might be having all the important topics which had been asked in last five year in the neat pg in a set exam

So when you are seeing those topics, so what is my advice?

Suppose you are seeing central nervous system. So first you read all those important topics which came in anatomy. Then you go for the neurophysiology. Then you go for the biochemistry. What are the neural transmitter had been asked from there? Then you go for the neuropathology.

What are the neural things present in the microbiology topic? So like that, then stroke, then neurosurgery. So like that important, important topic in this way, what will happen? This will reduce the pressure in your mind because when you are going subject by subject, what will happen after finishing one subject and you are moving on to the next subject.

So definitely you cannot finish within two days anatomy, but you will be setting the target like this. So after two days, what will happen?

You will be having severe anxiety. Either you have to extend for one day when you will extend for one day, your mind will be telling that, okay, what about other subjects how I am going to finish all 19 subjects. This is one way.

This is putting huge pressure in your mind. Or when you will skip, then you will be thinking, I am skipping something very big thing. Also, it should not be coming in my exam.

What will happen to me if they are asking from those remaining areas. So this kind of anxiety will not be there when you are going to revise your subjects in this systematic and integrated manner.

So that is why I am telling system wise, one by one, you try to cover things and try to study multiple subjects in a day. Remember, I'm telling you, try to study multiple subjects in a day in a connected manner so that you can correlate, you can apply whatever you are reading in the para clinical subjects.

You should be able to apply those knowledge for your clinical subject, which is going to help you in your exam to get a good marks as well as good rank in your exams. Right.

So please remember my words. Do this integrated manner of revision from your notes and don't try to have any kind of recall. When you are reading all these things, whatever you have read, don't think that I'm not able to recall from the whatever I have read in, you know, day before yesterday or maybe in the morning.

I'm not able to recall in the evening session. See, this is not the time for checking your recall system. This is the time to revise things as much as possible during exam time.

Take my word, you will be able to recall each and everything. So don't bring your morale down by doing all these experiments. Be happy, be satisfied, be confident about yourself. Don't ask any opinion from anyone that what will happen to you. If you ask and somebody says, you are very poor, it is impossible. So that will definitely put you down. So don't listen to anyone.

Don't involve in any argument. Focus on your studies. Go for systematic and integrated manner of revision of all the subjects. and please remember, be confident in this last moment and don't get distracted by any news on the social medias.

So try to avoid social media. Use only that much which is useful and helpful for you. And I'm very sure that you people are going to shine in these exams like anything.
